Assistant Bar Manager

We are recruiting for a talented Assistant Bar Manager to join the team in The Speaker Connolly.

Located near the foothills of the Dublin Mountains in Firhouse, Tallaght.

We pride ourselves on our excellent service to our customers This role will be responsible for ensuring that our guests and patrons enjoy their experience with us through maintaining the highest possible levels of standards.

Is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

About The Role Key Duties and Responsibilities Pub setup and preparation.

Responsible for cash handling.

Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.

Attend training and meetings as and when required.

Up-sell and maximize sales whenever and wherever possible.

Contribute to other team duties.

Ensure the responsible sale of alcohol in accordance with the law.

Adhering to best practice health & safety at work.

Requirements Be over 18 as some events will require late night hours after 11pm Must be fluent in English both written and oral Previous experience working in a busy environment a bonus Fully flexible working hours.
