This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance leader to take a highImpact senior role within a national not-for-profit in the healthcare and disability sector. As Head of Finance, you will influence strategy, ensure financial accountability and oversee operations across multiple sites. You will take ownership of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the HSE and other funders, ensuring compliance and performance. You will also represent finance at fundraising and stakeholder meetings and lead a dedicated team to deliver excellence in governance and financial management. The Role Lead the finance team, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and governance. Take full ownership of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the HSE and other funders, ensuring compliance, performance monitoring, and successful delivery of agreed targets. Oversee budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Represent finance at fundraising and stakeholder meetings, providing financial insight and credibility. Manage payroll, AP / AR, insurance, and finance operations across multiple sites. Drive change, implement new systems, and deliver financial insights to support strategy. The Candidate Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with 5+ years PQE. 3+ years experience in a senior finance leadership role. Proven experience in managing, negotiating, and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with funders such as the HSE (essential). Strong track record in budget management and external stakeholder negotiation. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Not-for-profit or healthcare sector experience (desirable).
