We are seeking a results-drivenSoftware Inside Sales Repto focus on selling our Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions coveringItaly.In this role, you willbe responsible fornew businessthrough the channelwithin the existing customer base as well as winning business with new logos.
You will serve as the primary liaison between Quest Software focused on Commercial accountsundercirca 1billionrevenue.
Responsibilities Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of Quests Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within theItalianmarkets.
Create and execute a territory plan, including targeted account plans and strategic action plans Develop the region quickly using past experiences and networks.
Manage complex sales involving large companies and multiple products across business unitswithaccurateforecasting.
Client Relationship Management Develop andmaintainstrong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within your accountsto ensure cross-sell opportunities,and across the partner landscape.
Through consultative selling,understandcustomers business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies.
Developandmaintainrelationships with local partners to define strategic action plans.
Availability to travel when needed to customers, partners, marketing, and team events.
Sales Execution & Performance Achieve or exceed assigned annual sales targets and strategic accountobjectives(company goal is AOP +20%)through channel first strategy.
Schedule between 1520 meetings per week.
Find, develop, and close sales opportunities through a structured sales process.
Lead the sales process andutilizeall available resources including inside sales, technical pre-sales, and marketing.
Market Insight & Reporting Analyze market and industry trends toidentifypotential growth opportunities.
Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports on account development.
Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the data management, software, or IT industry.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiencyin CRM software and account management systems.
Strong channel management experience.
Fluent inEnglish and Italian.

Qualifications : -Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
