We are currently hiring for a  Guest Relations Supervisor  to join our Front Office team at Carton House.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with all departments within the hotel, to ensure guest expectations are met during their stay.
  • Point of contact for all loyalty guests and VIP’s throughout their stay.
  • Ensure a high standard of service and attention to detail within the department.
  • Confidently assisting with elements of the front desk operation including arrivals, check out and billing
  • Taking ownership of any guest request which comes your way seeing it through until completion
  • Overseeing luxury guest experience at The Manor House

The successful candidate will have :

  • Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
  • Strong team working skills
  • A structured and organized approach to work planning.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Adaptable, and enjoys doing a variety of different tasks.
