We are currently looking for catering assistants and kitchen porters to join our temp-team in Kilkenny, offering a variety of shifts and roles to match your availability, needs and background.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and presentation, and set-up of the venue

Provide excellent customer service and create memorable experiences for the guests

Wash and clean dishes, utensils and cleaning kitchen equipment using professional equipment

Ensure the kitchen and service areas are maintained clean and organised at all times

Monitor and maintain stock levels with a proactive approach

Practice high standards of hygiene and food safety

Work as part of a team and communicate effectively and efficiently with your colleagues and managers for the smooth running of the operations

Your profile

Must be living in IRELAND, within a commutable distance from Waterford area and hold a valid work permit.

Previous experience in kitchen / catering environment is essential.

Good communication and teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions

Excellent customer service skills

Food Safety and HACCP

Passion for food service with a positive and can-do attitude

Attention to detail

Ability to adapt in fast paced environments and multitask
