Berryoak LTD is seeking a General and Operations Manager.

This role requires a high-performing, organised, and strategic individual to manage day-to-day office operations, support executive management, and drive business efficiency and alignment across departments.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management.

Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, correspondence, and record-keeping systems.

Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate presentations.

Ensure effective facility management : liaising with building management, supervising maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Coordinate with IT support and manage relationships with office service vendors.

Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.

Manage departmental budgets, expense tracking, and assist with internal and external audits.

Lead organisation of internal and external events, PR activities, and marketing coordination.

Oversee content management and updates on the corporate website.

Ensure operational alignment across departments and business units.

Job Requirements

2 years of experience in administrative routines or related areas.

Knowledge of process management and analytical thinking.

Proficiency with digital tools is an advantage.

Annual Salary : € 38.000p.h : €18,27

Hours per Week : 40h
