Avoca is seeking an experienced and commercially focused General Manager to lead one of our stores. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a vibrant retail and food hall environment, drive business performance, and inspire a passionate team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations across retail, food hall, and concessions to deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets
- Ensure consistent delivery of Avoca's brand standards and customer service excellence
- Manage budgets, P&L performance, and cost control initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Buying, Culinary, Logistics) to execute strategic plans
- Oversee inventory, stock accuracy, and operational routines with a focus on continuous improvement
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and development across all departments
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and regulatory standards
