Due to the firms continued growth, they are seeking aTransfer Pricing Manager to join their diverse and forward-thinking tax team based in Dublin. About the Role As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will assist clients in designing compliant, tax-efficient structures that support their business objectives. This role will focus on all aspects of transfer pricing, including planning, documentation, benchmarking, valuations, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements. With clients ranging from entrepreneurial businesses to multinational organisations, spanning a range of sectors, both nationally and internationally, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm and shape the growth of the transfer pricing team. Key Responsibilities Apply knowledge of complex transfer pricing concepts to support clients and understand their business models, value chains and developed tailored transfer pricing strategies; Perform economic analyses, benchmarking studies and financial modelling to develop transfer pricing strategies that align with regulatory requirements and support business objectives; Support clients in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with local and international regulations; Provide expert guidance and advice on transfer pricing matters, including restructuring, intellectual property valuation and intercompany agreements; Manage multiple engagement and projects, ensuring timeliness of high-quality deliverables and reviewing team members work while maintaining exceptional client service; Mentor members of the transfer pricing teams through training and knowledge sharing; Candidate Profile Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law 4+ years transfer pricing experience Strong technical expertise in international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills alongside being adaptable to working in fast-paced environment Whats on offer Strong remuneration package A manager role in a prestigious firm with a clear pathway of career progression An opportunity to shape and lead the growth of a developing practice area Skills : Transfer pricing Analysis Team Management
