Assistant Revenue Manager MHL Hotel Collection Looking to take the next step in your Revenue Management career? The MHL Hotel Collection is seeking a motivated and analytical Assistant Revenue Manager to join our cluster revenue & reservations team, based at The Spencer Hotel in Dublin. In this role, youll work closely with our Cluster Revenue Managers to shape pricing strategies, monitor market performance, and deliver commercial success across a portfolio of Irelands leading hotels. What Youll Do Support the Cluster Revenue Managers in implementing and monitoring revenue strategies. Analyse booking pace, competitor trends, and pick-up reports to provide actionable insights. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and displacement analysis. Help manage distribution channels, ensuring accurate rates and availability across all platforms. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with clear recommendations. Collaborate with hotel Reservations and Sales teams to maximise conversion and profitability. Gain exposure to multi-property revenue management and contribute to group-wide projects. What Were Looking For Experience as a hotel reservations manager, or revenue support role with a strong commercial mindset. Analytical thinker with a passion for numbers, trends, and problem-solving. Tech-savvy, confident with Excel and hotel systems (Opera / IDea S or similar experience a bonus). Strong communicator who can work across teams and influence decisions.
