Occupational Therapist / Speech Therapist - ADOS Assessor

Job Title : Senior Speech & Language Therapist / Occupational Therapist Autism Assessments (Contract) Location : Cork (Hybrid and Flexible) Rate : €300 €350 per assessment (contract role) Employment Type : Contract (flexible scheduling around candidates diary) About the Role We are seeking experienced Speech & Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists with ADOS-2 training to join our expanding multidisciplinary team in Cork on a contract basis. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Autism assessments and therapeutic input within a supportive, neuroaffirmative environment that values flexibility and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive Autism assessments in line with best-practice guidelines Lead and participate in ADOS-2 assessments Provide detailed reports and individualised recommendations Collaborate with Psychologists, OTs, SLTs, and Assistant Psychologists during assessments Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients and families Manage caseloads efficiently, with flexibility to align with your own availability Contribute to service development and innovative, neuroaffirmative practices Essential Criteria Degree in Speech & Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy CORU registration (or equivalent eligibility) Formal ADOS-2 training (mandatory) Minimum of 2 years experience in paediatric or disability settings Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and within a team Commitment to a respectful, client-centred approach Desirable Criteria Postgraduate qualification or specialist experience in Autism assessment / intervention Experience writing detailed clinical reports Group program development or family support experience What We Offer Contract role at €300€350 assessment Flexible hybrid working Ability to schedule work around your own diary Collaborative MDT environment with supervision provided Scope to shape innovative, neuroaffirmative practices Skills : Autism Occupational Therapy Speech Therapist
