The team provides expert employee relations advisory with strategic leadership of inclusion initiatives, supporting fair and equitable people practices across Deloitte. This Inclusion Manager will work with the Head of Employee Relations & Inclusion to shape and drive our inclusion strategy alongside the Inclusion Council, Inclusion Networks, and the wider P&P team. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position Experienced HR / Diversity and Inclusion professional. Employee relations experience desirable. Strong knowledge of HR policies, best practices, relevant legislation, and a genuine passion for fostering workplace inclusion with hands-on experience required. Proven ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, and manage confidential, challenging conversations. Strong project management skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for effective decision-making. Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel for impactful presentations and analysing data. Highly proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities independently. CIPD or relevant HR qualifications / certifications. Qualifications in diversity and inclusion, Employee Relations, or related fields are advantageous. Success in the Role : Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months Drive Deloitte's Inclusion agenda and support our P&P strategy by shaping and delivering progressive, market-leading initiatives that continue to build upon a diverse workforce, inclusive culture, and equitable workplace aligned with local, North-South Europe (NSE), and Global ambitions. Act as a trusted advisor on inclusion best practices and compliance, and support and respond proactively to internal and external events to promote a safe, inclusive workplace culture. Collaborate internally and externally with relevant communities / forums to share best practices, action NSE / Global priorities and amplify our impact in Professional Services, the marketplace, and society through our strategic alliances. What type of work will I be doing? Oversee our current Inclusion Networks (ERGs), plus any new networks, by empowering Partner sponsors, co-leads and committees to run inclusive, strategic, market-leading ERGs that positively influence our Employee Value Proposition. Chair the Inclusion Council, supporting P&P in driving our inclusion strategy, by setting agendas, chairing meetings, and fostering collaboration among network leadership and Partner sponsors, continuously evolving the forum to maximise engagement and influence. Lead firm-wide ER & inclusion initiatives such as the development and modernisation of our people policies, the Return to Work programme, Gender Pay Gap Report, Women in Leadership forum, accessibility enhancements. Partner with the Learning team to design and deliver people management and inclusive leadership training at key career lifecycle touchpoints. Collaborate with key partners to create and analyse ER and inclusion data, identify trends and risks, and use data-driven insights to inform strategies and develop metrics for measuring initiative impact.
