Job descriptionDeveloping and executing the regional business strategy in alignment with the national roadmap. Leading the regional sales team to generate new business and grow existing accounts. Building strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders. Ensuring smooth order-to-installation processes, scheduling, supply chain, and quality control. Recruiting , coaching, and retaining top-tier talent within the region. Creating development plans and conducting performance evaluations. Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums. Previous experience in a senior sales or contracts manager role within the window and door industry is essential Established contacts and networks in the West of Ireland are beneficial Innovative and adaptable approach to attaining results.
