With a reputation built on service, reliability, and innovation, they are a household name with a long history of success. As they continue to strengthen their position in the market, they are now looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to cover Munster and the South-East Leinster region. THE ROLE : This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that is 100% account management. You will inherit an exceptionally strong territory with a long-established client base, selling the full product portfolio into builders' merchants, contractors, and developers. Your role will be to maintain and grow existing accounts, ensure first-class customer service, and maximise revenue within an already dominant market. This is a field-based role with full autonomy, supported by a strong internal team and excellent technical backup. THE PERSON : We are looking to speak to candidates who can demonstrate the following : Proven field sales experience, ideally in the construction products sector Track record of managing key accounts and growing relationships over time Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills Commercially astute and able to spot opportunities within established customers Full, clean driving licence THE PACKAGE : Basic Salary : €55,000 - €60,000 DOE Bonus : €5,000 Company Car, Mobile, Laptop Pension & Healthcare 25 days annual leave + additional wellbeing benefits LOCATION : Munster & South-East Leinster - Cork, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Waterford, Kilkenny, Wexford, Carlow, Laois Benefits : pension commission car
