The Role :

A unique opportunity with a national / international construction group based in Dublin HQ.

Delivering major projects for multinational corporations, private companies, local & state authorities across Ireland, UK & Europe.

Sectors include traditional construction, data, bio-med, pharma, power-gen, commercial, institutional, social infrastructure & property development.

The Candidate :

You will be responsible for pre-construction, cost management, maximizing commercial performance on projects within the group & its subsidiaries while managing / motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff.

Also, contribute at Senior Executive level introducing innovative business methodology, strategic planning for continued growth and diversification.

The Opportunity :

A 'critical' appointment, based in Dublin (with hybrid options), integrated into the company's growth trajectory and succession strategy for the Executive Management Team.
