Dual Shop Manager - Ennis (Permanent Full Time) Location : Ennis, Co. The Role : We are currently looking to recruit a creative, self-motivated Dual Shop Manager who is passionate about customer service and being part of an organisation that makes a difference in the local community. Our stores have a huge range of stock on display which can include furniture, clothing and bric-a-brac which will bring variety in each sale. The ideal candidate will have solid retail experience and a proven track record in achieving targets by setting high standards. This is a permanent full time contract (37.5 hours per week, 5 over 7 days) and will be joinin g our Retail Division in the Mid-West Region, managing two locations; Vincent's Ennis on Quin Road and Vincent's Parnell Street, Ennis. Experience in team management and working towards sales targets. Independent and team-based work experience. Proficiency in sales reporting. Desirable : Experience in community / voluntary sector. Background as a retail manager with a track record of excellence. Event management experience. Skills & Attributes Essential : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and IT skills (Excel, Word, EPOS, Microsoft 365). Positive, resilient attitude with empathy and patience. Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
