Marketing & Client Development Manager Location : Dublin City Centre (Hybrid 1 day WFH) Contract : 12-Month Fixed Term Salary : €75,000 €85,000 DOE A leading corporate organisation in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Marketing & Client Development Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a strategic role with a strong focus on relationship-building through high-quality events, as well as broader marketing and business development activity.

The role also involves team management and collaboration across senior internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities : Plan and deliver high-impact client-facing events to support business development goals Identify and target key prospects through market and industry research Develop tailored marketing and business development plans for key sectors and services Oversee the preparation of pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials Collaborate with senior leadership and client teams to drive growth activity Manage and mentor junior team members Ensure alignment between marketing, events, and overall client strategy Candidate Profile : Minimum of 5+ years proven experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment Experience managing and mentoring team members Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confident working with senior leadership Demonstrated experience with event-led BD strategies Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and working with data If you are interested in this position, please send your CV to ine in Lex Consultancy.
