Overview

A well known leading main contractor in Ireland, are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a prestigious high-end residential development in Dublin city centre.

They are recognised for delivering premium projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Responsibilities

Manage on-site activities to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to maintain programme deadlines.

Monitor project progress and report key milestones to senior management.

Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

Oversee quality control and snagging processes to uphold the contractor's premium standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven track record as a Site Manager with a main contractor, ideally on high-quality residential projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and Irish building regulations.

Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.

Results-driven, with a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
