Project Director - Dublin

Overview

Our client is a national construction company.

They are looking to appoint PD to lead €100M - €200M construction projects either singular or combined value in Dublin region.

They build across all industry sectors (not datacentres).

You will have a large degree of autonomy with full P&L, recruit your own project teams whilst reporting to & working with Board.

You will attend all Director meetings.

This position may suit existing PD or CM coming from T1 background looking to step up.

Package Negotiable.

Responsibilities

Lead €100M - €200M construction projects (singular or combined value) in the Dublin region.

Maintain full P&L responsibility with a large degree of autonomy.

Recruit and assemble project teams and report to and work with the Board.

Attend all Director meetings.

Collaborate with other stakeholders across industry sectors (excluding datacentres).

Qualifications / Experience

Project Director (PD) or Construction Manager (CM) background.

Experience from a Tier 1 (T1) environment preferred.

Ability to step up to a senior leadership role with full accountability.
