This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Summary : The Manager will assist the MLRO team in the management of MLRO Services provided by Waystone

Centralized Services (IE) Limited and will be an integral part of the team's success.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for creating and maintaining beneficial ownership registers for clients of the firm and filing them with the appropriate central registry.

• Preparation and presentation of quarterly MLRO Reports to Fund Boards;
• Drafting & maintenance of AML Policies and AML Risk Assessments;
• Conducting annual on-site inspections at the fund Administrator, reporting findings to the board of directors and making recommendations as appropriate;
• Delivery of ongoing & annual AML training to the fund board of directors;

Dealing with financial sanctions or negative news alerts and reporting as appropriate.

Investigating potentially suspicious transactions and reporting to the authorities as appropriate.

Completion of assigned tasks within the Ire MLRO Service Task Manager

Liaising with external stakeholders on all AML / CFT matters.

Ad-hoc responsibilities as delegated by the Head of MLRO or Senior Management of Waystone Centralized Services (IE) Limited

Acting as MLRO / AML Compliance Officer to a portfolio of UCITS, AIFMD or Cayman Islands Collective Investment Schemes

Experience

Outstanding time management, organizational skills, oral / written communication skills, critical thinking

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment including reporting and providing support to various

members of the team.

Experience working as an MLRO or similar role, particularly in the funds industry, preferred.

Education

Fluency in AML / CFT legislation / regulation / industry best practice as it applies to the funds industry
