QEHS Manager / Officer / Coordinator / Advisor

Location : Head Office, Co. Cavan (with regular site visits) Type : Full-Time | Permanent Salary : €45,000 - €55,000 DOE + benefits Why Join Breffni Insulation? What You'll Be Doing Develop, implement, and improve QEHS systems, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with Irish & EU legislation and maintain statutory documentation Lead audits, site inspections, toolbox talks, and staff training Track non-conformances and drive corrective / preventive actions Manage equipment and vehicle safety programs Support project teams with risk assessments, method statements, and SOPs Collaborate with HR, operations, and suppliers to ensure standards are met What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality, or similar 2+ years' experience in the construction, retrofit, or energy sector Knowledge of Public Works regulations and QEHS compliance in Ireland / EU Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) preferred Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QEHS systems Full, clean driver's licence What's in it for You €45k-55k salary (DOE) Ongoing professional development & training Clear career path to senior leadership roles Diverse projects across residential, healthcare, education & commercial sectors Supportive, collaborative culture with regular team events Schedule : Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts) How to Apply : Send your CV + cover letter to #IJA To Apply Please forward your CV via the APPLY Now button below.
