What Youll Do Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop BDMs and Account Managers nationwide. Set clear objectives, run regular performance reviews, and build tailored development plans. Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and client success. Commercial Growth Own national sales targets, revenue growth, and margin. Build and execute go-to-market and account strategies that win and retain business. Lead high-value negotiations that deliver long-term client and company value. Client & Stakeholder Impact Oversee strategic accounts and ensure outstanding service delivery. Support the team on complex opportunities and escalations. Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and networks; feed market intel back to leadership. Operational Excellence Embed compliant, efficient, best-practice processes. Own forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting. Drive cross-functional collaboration to unlock national opportunities. About You Proven leader of sales teams (BDMs / Account Managers or similar) with a track record of beating targets. Entrepreneurial operator : strategic thinker, commercially sharp, execution-focused. Exceptional coach and communicator who inspires performance and accountability. Skilled negotiator with strong business acumen and relationship-building ability. Comfortable with national travel as needed.
