Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and driven JuniorField Sales Representative to support the launch and expansion of our client's services in new city markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring supply meets demand by engaging directly with prospective partners and clients on the ground. You'll act as the eyes and ears of the business, gathering insights and driving growth through direct outreach and relationship building. 12-month temporary contract Salary €28,000 - €30,000 Location : Limerick Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct market visits to identify and engage potential supply partners.
• Host information sessions to present the company's value proposition to prospective partners.
• Execute outbound call campaigns targeting newly signed-up or potential partners.
• Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective partners to understand their needs, concerns, and goals.
• Guide partners through the onboarding process and ensure they are set up for success.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights with the Operations team.
• Manage third-party partnerships to support scaling efforts in new city launches. Requirements :
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a field sales or client-facing role.
• Highly self-motivated and autonomous, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and action-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; enjoys engaging with people and building excitement.
