You will lead the procurement of goods and services essential to the operations. This role is central to managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, driving cost efficiencies and ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality products and services. Working closely with other teams, youll support the operational performance, enhances client satisfaction and contributes to broader strategic objectives. Responsibilities Align procurement initiatives with business goals by enhancing policies, systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Identify, assess and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, value and compliance Meet operational needs and deliver responsive, high-quality procurement services. Monitor expenditure, uncover cost-saving opportunities and provide detailed financial and performance insights to stakeholders. Work closely with finance and other teams to align procurement with operational and financial priorities. Track industry trends, recommend innovative sourcing solutions and promote environmentally responsible procurement practices. Maintain accurate records, uphold legal and ethical standards, report key metrics and foster ongoing innovation in procurement operations. Requirements Experience in procurement or supply chain roles. Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, cost reduction initiatives and effective supplier performance management. Proficient in procurement platforms, ERP / CRM systems and leveraging data analytics for performance monitoring and cost control. Knowledgeable in ethical sourcing practices, environmental compliance and sustainable procurement strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster productive relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
