QA / QC Commissioning Lead

Ardale Recruitment have been exclusively retained by a growing Electrical and Mechanical engineering business who have gained an excellent reputation across the industry for their standard of service and workmanship. To meet the demand for their services, they are recruiting an experienced Training Manager who will lead the training and development of Commissioning and QA / QC personnel. The ideal candidate will come from the electrical / mechanical construction sector with at lease 10+yrs experience in Commissioning Management roles and have hands on experience from the ground up. You will be tasked with leading all training & development of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers / Technicians in a new Training Centre being established in Co Clare especially for the purpose. Training will focus on Commissioning and QA / QC. Responsibilities Develop course curriculum and training materials Deliver structured modules in QA / QC, commissioning, and CxA development Liaise directly with third-level colleges and industry leaders to continuously improve course content Align training with Engineers Ireland CPD, CSA UK, and QQI standards The candidate The successful candidate will have an Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering qualification and must have practical experience in commissioning management in the Data Centre construction field. It is essential that you are a good communicator. Training experience or CPD Training Accreditation is preferred. This will suit an individual who has a wealth of site knowledge in the sector across Europe and wishes to impart that knowledge to the younger generation of Engineers and Technicians.
