The role : Drive year-on-year sales growth by exceeding targets Manage and grow existing accounts while building a strong pipeline Deliver strategic reviews and implement growth strategies in key accounts Train clinicians and hospital staff on best-practice use of medical technologies Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and clinical meetings Build lasting relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers Travel internationally for training and clinical events Customers and products : Customers include clinicians, clinical nurse managers, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams Product portfolio includes a range of advanced systems used in acute care environments Candidate profile : Minimum of 3+ years' experience in medical sales, ideally with capital equipment Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter mindset with excellent organisational ability Willingness to travel and engage with international partners The package : Competitive base salary Excellent bonus scheme Company car Lunch allowance Pension contribution and more!
