Staff Nurse

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Staff Nurse on behalf of a Section 39 disability service based in Cork. Salary : €35919 to €53851 Contract : Permanent part time or Full time - requires 1 weekend per month Location : South Lee area and Togher af ul clean drivers license is essential The Staff Nurse will : Coordinate assessment, care planning, implementation, and review processes in collaboration with each core members multi-disciplinary team ensuring alignment with HIQA regulations and best practice guidelines. Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care for the assessed needs of the individual and develop agreed care plans. . Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and organisational requirements in line with GDPR principles Uphold principles of choice, rights, inclusion, accountability, and unconditional support. Support audits, incident reporting and risk management. Participate in policy development and service improvement initiatives. Promote health and wellbeing for all core members. Liaise with families and other agencies involved in the core members care, as appropriate and according to a persons will and preference.
