Staff Nurse for  a leading Nursing home in cork, Ireland .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Care, Clinical Nurse Manager, or Senior Staff Nurse in carrying out their responsibilities.
• Uphold moral and professional principles and provide excellent resident care.
• Respect the "Misuse of Drugs Act" and NMBI's instructions for administering medical preparations.
• Provide incoming nursing and care staff with orientation training.
• To satisfy residents' needs, make sure all nursing care is tailored to them and comprehensive.
• Encourage and cultivate positive relationships with residents and their families... Maintaining efficient communication with them and making sure they are notified of any changes as necessary
• Give care helpers responsibilities and oversight.
