Personal lines account executive (nationwide)

Location : Nationwide (Cork, Galway, Dublin, Waterford, Tipperary, Cavan) Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent About the position : Our client is seeking experienced Account Executives who have previously worked in the Irish insurance market to join their nationwide team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing expert insurance advice, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries.

Key Responsibilities : Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients across motor and home insurance products.

Provide professional, compliant, and customer focused insurance advice.

Handle client renewals on policies, mid term adjustments , and new business quotations efficiently.

Develop strong relationships with clients and insurers to deliver the best possible service.

Work to achieve sales and retention targets in line with company goals.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Ideal Candidate : APA or CIP qualified (or working towards completion).

Previous experience in the Irish insurance market is essential.

Strong knowledge of insurance products and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
