Company Accountant - ATHLONE Permanent (Office based) Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead the day to day operations of the Finance Function. In addition the role has a strong emphasis on adding commercial value. Responsibilities; To develop and deliver financial and management accounting control, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for Company. Assisting with analysis and understanding of financial reports with regard to key performance indicators. Continuous review of products and margins and influence in key commercial decisions on pricing and product range. Management of stock recording system ensuring system accurately reflects stock on hand on a continuous basis. Tight financial control of the Company. Preparation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts. Cash management controls over cash flow actual and projections Tax compliance and returns. Liaison with the Companys external financial advisers on all finance issues. Year-end Audit sign off. Continuous review and management of overheads.
