Construction Site Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Construction Projects Supervisor to join our Team. This full time, permanent role will be predominantly based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and labour crews.
• Monitor project progress against programme, resolve on-site issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Communicate regularly with project manager regarding updates, challenges, and milestones.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times in line with building codes, legal regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, labour, and plant requirements to avoid downtime.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and progress logs.
• Carry out quality checks to make sure all work meets required standards.
• Lead by example, keeping the site safe, organised, and productive.
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
