Construction Site Manager

My client is an established construction group working across Ireland in a wide variety of sectors. They will be shortly undertaking a major healthcare project in Dublin where they will be responsible for the delivery of construction & fit out works in a live hospital setting. They are recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to be based full time on site reporting into a Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of delivering similar healthcare / hospital projects and come with a relevant trade and / or technical qualification. The role will entail : Day to day supervision of site works, labour, sub-contractors Preparation and updating of Project Programmes and tracking of progress Identifying staff / material / plant requirements in good time and ensuring they arrive as programmed Chairing weekly site management and look ahead meetings Attending review and progress meetings with clients representative Communicating and liaising with commercial team on variations, extra works and sub contractor performance. Good client communicator and hosting site walkdowns when required This is a growing division in the company and a contractor with multiple facets to the business and a strong order book for 2026 with repeat clients.
