As a Skechers Sales Assistant, your mission is to :

• Blow away retail targets - think total sales, units per transaction, and total products sold. The sky is the limit!
• Be the Shoe Guru - You're our official shoe ambassador, and you'll help us achieve departmental greatness.
• Rock the Brand - Embody Skechers' style and standards while following our super training guidelines.
• Deliver Amazing Customer Service - Make every shopper's day by providing top-notch assistance.
• Upsell like a Pro - Sell more than just shoes - think accessories and apparel, and make it cool.

• Team Up - Collaborate with the back of house crew and management to nail that perfect fit for our customers.
