General Manager - Innovate Fingal Total Talent Solutions is partnering with Innovate Fingal to find a General Manager to lead their team and drive innovation and business growth across the Fingal region.

Innovate Fingal helps startups and social enterprises grow and thrive, making a positive impact in local communities.

This role offers the chance to lead with purpose while supporting enterprise development across Fingal.

What you'll be doing : Leading and supporting a team of eight across three community enterprise centres, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.

Identifying opportunities for growth and working with businesses and community groups to expand Innovate Fingal's reach.

Building strong relationships with entrepreneurs, local leaders, and partners to deliver practical supports and new initiatives.

Bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to a fast-moving environment while adapting to change.

What we're looking for : A creative and innovative thinker who can bring new ideas and approaches to the table.

Experience in managing and supporting a team, helping people to do their best work.

Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Confidence in making decisions and solving problems as they arise.
