As a

Senior Manager /

Principal Director – Data & Digital Product Lifecycle (Life Sciences)

, you will bring deep expertise across data strategy, digital technologies, and core product lifecycle domains such as MSAT, CMC, NPI, Recipe Development, and Tech Transfer.

You will lead complex transformation programmes for pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech clients, driving digital product lifecycle modernisation powered by data, analytics, and cutting-edge platforms.

You will operate at the intersection of data and process transformation, guiding Life Sciences organisations through enterprise-wide PLM and data strategy initiatives.

From R&D to commercial manufacturing and quality, you will design and deliver value-led, compliant solutions that enable innovation, speed to market, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation Leadership

Shape and deliver data-driven digital transformation programmes across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Lead PLM and data enablement strategies for MSAT, CMC, Tech Transfer, NPI, and Recipe / Analytical Method Development.

Develop transformation roadmaps, PLM operating models, and intelligent data architectures tailored for Life Sciences.

Design and implement enterprise-wide data strategies including data governance, MDM, metadata, and regulatory alignment.

Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence

Engage senior stakeholders (VP / C-level) to define digital strategies, business cases, and transformation journeys.

Lead proposal responses, GTM activities, and client presentations at conferences and industry forums.

Oversee technical delivery and solution design across PLM platforms (e.g. Dassault, Siemens, PTC), cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Databricks), and adjacent systems (e.g. MES, QMS, LIMS).

Innovation & Ecosystem Integration

Leverage AI, advanced analytics, and digital twins to enable predictive manufacturing, digital quality, and smart regulatory submissions.

Partner with internal teams across Data & AI, Cloud, and Industry X to co-create innovative, integrated solutions.

Shape reusable accelerators, thought leadership, and digital offerings to grow our Life Sciences practice.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.

10+ years of Life Sciences experience (Pharma, Biotech, or Medtech) across MSAT, CMC, NPI, and manufacturing.

Proven experience in leading PLM or enterprise data programmes in a consulting or large pharmaceutical setting.

Strong understanding of PLM platforms, data platforms, and digital product lifecycle systems.

Experience working with regulated data in GxP-compliant environments.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Executive-level consulting experience with the ability to influence C-level clients and cross-functional stakeholders.

Deep knowledge of integrated systems : PLM, MES, QMS, LIMS, ELN, and digital twin technologies.

Strong commercial acumen with experience leading value-based proposals, solution shaping, and programme delivery.

Demonstrated ability to drive GTM activities, develop thought leadership, and speak at industry events.

Passionate about data and digital transformation as levers for innovation and operational impact.
