Qualifications & Skills

  • Educated to Minimum Degree Level.
  • Experience in textiles supply chain and / or retail systems and / or E-commerce is a must.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including large IT integration projects.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering high-impact business process changes within budget and on time.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in leading effective workshops.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.

    • Responsibilities

  • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to map out end-to-end processes and user journeys.
  • Design and document new business procedures.
  • Develop data flow diagrams and interface specifications.
  • Review system solution documents in line with business requirements.
  • Manage requirements traceability information and track status.
  • Assist in tracking and specifying scope changes.
  • Provide support during project phases.
  • Facilitate Service Introduction and identify process improvements.
