Person In Charge (Social Care Leader)

About the Role As we continue to expand to provide additional services to meet the needs of those we care for across Ireland, we now welcome applications for this key role of Person in Charge (Social Care Leader) to manage two of our services in Co.

Sligo.

Purpose of the role is to provide the highest possible standards of support to those who use Orchard Community Care services and to ensure the service is in line with appropriate Government and Health Service Executive Policy.

Within that context the Manager will be expected to work autonomously and with initiative.

The ideal candidate would preferably have experience working with autism.

The Manager will act as the Person in Charge for existing services ensuring compliance with the Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
