Graduate Development Programme 2026
Our Graduate Development Programme is open to all new and recently qualified graduates, with a Level 8 degree on the NFQ Framework or above and a minimum result of 2 : 1 (expected or attained).
We are interested in graduates from all disciplines.
This includes graduates from :
Engineering
IT & Data Analysis
CyberSecurity
Economics
Business and Finance
General
Our general graduate stream is open to all disciplines including physics, biology, mathematics, arts and more.
What's in it for you?
A two-year programme with three rotations across our business.
There is also limited non-rotational graduate roles available.
These graduates work within a designated team.
An assigned buddy and mentor to support you and guide you.
A permanent position following a review at the end of the programme
