We're looking for a Production Stream Manager to join our Manufacturing team in Carrickmacross.

About the Role As a Production Stream Manager, you will lead and develop a team using OPEX principles to deliver safety, quality, service, and performance in line with our business and customer goals.

You'll be responsible for creating a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration while ensuring production targets are consistently achieved.

What You'll Do Lead on Safety : Build a strong safety-first culture, manage risk assessments, and champion "Go for Zero" initiatives.

Drive Strategy : Align your team's performance with business goals using clear KPIs and master schedules.

Build Teams : Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while encouraging cross-functional collaboration.

Improve Operations : Apply OPEX tools, problem-solving, and data analysis to optimise processes, reduce waste, and boost reliability.

Deliver Results : Ensure high-quality, right-first-time production while maximising efficiency and meeting customer expectations.

What We're Looking For ?

Proven experience in FMCG manufacturing.

Strong background in OPEX, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Excellence.

Knowledge of safety, quality, environmental, and asset management systems.

Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive leader who can influence culture, drive change, and build trust.

Qualifications Essential : Intermediate Food Safety, Level 3 HACCP, IOSH Managing Safety (or equivalent).

Desirable : Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Science, or related field.
