The Opportunity As an SMB Account Executive, youll take ownership of the full sales cycle from initial qualification to close helping high-potential businesses unlock the power of first-party data and drive customer engagement at scale. Youll be joining a collaborative team in Dublin where top performers are empowered to take smart risks, build meaningful client relationships, and continuously grow both personally and professionally. What You'll Be Doing Managing a high-velocity sales pipeline across the DACH market Running full-cycle SaaS sales : qualifying, demoing, influencing, and closing deals Advising e-commerce and retail clients on scalable, data-driven marketing solutions Consistently meeting and exceeding your revenue targets What You Bring to the Table 2 years of experience in a new-business focused AE role within MarTech or SaaS Proven success selling to C-level or senior marketing stakeholders Strong understanding of e-commerce or D2C / retail brand challenges A track record of closing business in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder sales environment Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Full work authorization to work in Ireland Skills : "German" "Deutsch" "Hybrid" "Account Executive" "Sales" Benefits : Paid Holidays Pension Bonus Commission Laptop Life Assurance
