Process Mapping Lead

Your new company At Hays Recruitment, we have a fantastic opportunity with a Global Medical Device company in Limerick for a Process Mapping Lead. The Process Mapping Lead will serve as the expert in process analysis, visualisation, and optimisation, supporting the creation of comprehensive current and future state process maps. Your new role Lead the planning, organisation, and facilitation of process mapping workshops with SMEs from all relevant functions including Planning, Operations, and Quality. Use tools such as Visio, Signavio, and Business Optix to capture as-is (current state) and to-be (future state) process maps. Develop comprehensive Value Stream Maps and detailed Process Maps across multiple levels, aligned with strategic and operational goals. Create Data Maps illustrating key data flows within the ecosystem, supporting information transparency and system integration. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement Collaborate with the entire Project team to ensure process maps accurately reflect current workflows and future optimisation opportunities.
