- Field Service Engineer
- As a Philips Service Engineer you will play a leading role in supporting the technical needs of Philips customers and customer service partners in the Dublin area.
Working collaboratively with the wider organisation to provide exceptional service to our customers, you will provide services not limited to corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning and installation of equipment and software and hardware upgrades to products within the Imaging Systems portfolio both on-site and remotely.
Your role :Provide field and remote technical support to customers and colleagues based on training and experience.Maintain proficiency in customer service tools and applications.Work with remote support team, delivering direct remote assistance to customers.Conduct corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems.Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software failures using established procedures.Determine cost-effective repairs to minimize customer downtime.Manage escalations, keeping stakeholders updated on progress.Maintain knowledge through continual training for regulatory compliance.Ensure timely and efficient administration compliance with reporting procedures.

How we work togetherThis is a remote based role which will cover the Dublin area but travel within Ireland should be expected.The successful candidate would ideally be based within 2 hours of Dublin.
