Due to business expansion, we are looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who will provide exceptional service to their clients and candidates. You’ll play a key role in developing our IT talent pipeline and contributing to the ongoing growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identifying hiring requirements and sourcing top-tier IT professionals using innovative techniques (headhunting, networking, referrals, etc.)
• Supporting the full recruitment cycle – from initial contact to placement
• Collaborating with colleagues across our global offices to maximize business opportunities
• Delivering an exceptional experience to every client and candidate you work with
• Focus on clients and candidates on building and developing long-term relationships
