An established recruitment company with Headquarters in Central London, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Permanant Recruitment Consultant who is based in Dublin and has previous recruitment experience.

With a global presence and B Corp certification, this purpose-driven company specialises in placing support staff across industries, delivering exceptional service through innovation across Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S.

Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high level of service

Source high-calibre talent through various channels

Screen and interview candidates for skills and experience

Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

Grow new business and develop existing client accounts

Advise clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Results-driven and highly organised

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

A team player who enjoys collaboration but is also a motivated self-starter

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and enjoys working towards targets

You are already located on the ground in Dublin
