What will I be doing as a Lavazza Supervisor at Applegreen?

Support the Lavazza Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.

Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving Lavazza coffee beverages.

Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.

Ensure that the store is operating in line with Lavazza standards, policies, and procedures.
