Quantity surveyor

Quantity Surveyor : Quantity Surveyorwith 6 years experience required to join a medium sized main building contractor who are expanding their operations in the Cork Region.

This is the ideal role for the QS with about 6 years experience with a main building contractor who would like to develop a long-term career with a growing company in the region.

Potential Projects : Apartments 200 Units Care Homes Apartments circa 100 units Fit-out projects Requirements : Degree qualified with at least 6 years experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Must be commercially and contractually aware.
