Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seek an Assistant Director of Nursing, for a Nursing Home in Blarney, Co.

Cork

Eligible applicants are invited to apply-

• Registered Nurse on NMBI live register.

3 years post-registration experience in a relevant field

Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).

Clinical experience working in older persons care or nursing home care.

Working experience of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.

Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and be eligible to work in Ireland.

Strong communication and listeningskills.

An understanding of the Assisted Decision-Making process

Ability to work well as part of a care team.

Caring and compassionate and be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care.

Have a basic knowledge of IT systems such as excel spreadsheets.

Have a good understanding of applications for home supports and NHSS / Fair deal.
