Operations Manager

Operations Manager Drogheda Fulltime / Permanent Monday - Friday Days Competitive Salary Vickerstock are working in partnership with our FMCG client who are significant players within their specialist industry known for their commitment to quality and tradition.

Over decades they have expanded their products and the size of the business and due to this they are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join the dedicated team in Drogheda, Co Louth.

Reporting to the CEO, you will have responsibility for a 24 / 7 production operation, including production and dispatch and store operations.

You will provide leadership to a team of over 150 employees, supporting their development, continuous improvement, and success.

You will be part of the senior leadership team and will have responsibility for helping to develop, implement and actively drive site initiatives while maintaining the company vision of consistently producing high quality products.

We are looking for 2+ years experience in a similar role Previous experience within fresh food industry Familiarity with LEAN Manufacturing and a strong track record of process improvement initiatives Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work independently when needed Previous experience of leading production site with 150+ employees Working hours will be Monday - Friday days (9am - 5pm), as this site is a 24 / 7 facility and working as part of the senior management team flexibility is required when needed.
