Global Labelling Operations Manager

The Job :

Join a dynamic global team supporting the eyecare portfolio through critical labeling and packaging updates.

This cross-functional role plays a key part in ensuring compliance and operational excellence across international markets.

This position will be offered on a 12 month contract and will require 3 days per week in the office in Dublin 17

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support global and carton labeling updates for eyecare products.

Collaborate with a team of Global Labeling Managers, each owning specific products and country portfolios.

Report directly to the Section Manager for Global Labeling Operations.

Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including Regulatory Affairs, Global Supply Management, Packaging, and Brand Management.

Coordinate with packaging teams across global sister sites.

Operate primarily in a virtual environment, with meetings aligned to Irish time zones; occasional flexibility required for early / late calls.

Requirements :

4–6 years across pharmaceutical or medical device sectors (eyecare or combination products preferred), including, Quality / Regulatory, Operations and Pharma / Device Regualtions.

Proven ability to work across diverse cultures and complex matrix organizations.

Strong understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain implications in labeling, including non-compliance risks.

Familiarity with global standards and regulations governing Pharmaceutical, Device, and Combo Products, especially those affecting Packaging and Labeling Quality Systems.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.

Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and accurate in execution.

Skilled in project and stakeholder management.
