Structural Package Manager (Belgium) We are currently recruiting aStructural Package Managerto work for a leading Engineering contractor on aHyperscaleData Centre project in Belgium. Our client has projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK and work across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Power, Renewables, Commercial, Data Centres. Responsibilities : Oversee Civil, Structural, Architectural, and M&E work packages, ensuring safety, QA, and compliance Manage project schedules, subcontractor progress, and information flow, providing weekly reports. Coordinate design, material approvals, and communication between clients, designers, and subcontractors. Conduct quality checks, resolve snags, and manage costs with the project QS. Lead project closeout, including Final Account, O&M Manuals, Safety File, and QA File. Requirements Degree in civil / structural engineering, construction, or project management (or equivalent). Pursuing or willing to pursue chartership status; 5+ years of site management with a main contractor. Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred. Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills. Proficient in project / information management software and knowledgeable in civil, structural, envelope, and finishes details. Benefits : Salary circa €85K €95k DOE Pension.
