THE POSITION We are now seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to play a critical role in defining the future direction of the organisation. The CTO will be responsible for developing forward-thinking strategies that align with industry evolution and emerging trends to ensure the organisation meets its strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the CTO will oversee the development and management of the corporate plan, monitoring organisational performance against key metrics and reporting to the CEO on progress. REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will bring transformation experience at a senior level in a similarly complex and regulated environment. Candidates will also bring the organisational leadership competencies and functional skills required while a deep understanding of public service delivery is essential. A background in a similarly commercial and complex organisation is desirable. REMUNERATION Remuneration and conditions of employment align with established government guidelines.
